Ask questions about your dispenser. How long have they been there? How long will they be there? Satisfied patients are the best reference. Check with the BBB and / or call the state board to inquire about any registered complaints (804-367-8504). 

Virginia Audiology has been in practice for over 30 years with well over 20,000 hearing aids fitted.  We have never had a formal complaint registered against us!

Audiologist
An audiologist is a hearing specialist with an advanced college degree. A good audiologist will work with you to determine the best technology for your hearing loss and your budget.  The expertise of the person selecting and fitting the hearing aid is the most important factor in achieving satisfaction. 

Our team of 4 audiologists have a combined experience of over 100 years fitting all styles and technologies of amplification.

Follow-Up
Follow-up appointments should be encouraged and if there is a cost it should be known up front. No hidden charges!!

At Virginia Audiology our newly fitted hearing aid patients are seen weekly to monitor their progress, fine tune the aids and council as needed to help them achieve maximum benefit from their amplification.

Trial
The most experienced audiologist using the most advanced technology does not necessarily assure success. The trial period is your security blanket, so that if you are not satisfied, the aids can be returned. FULL REFUND TRIAL IS BEST!

 For over 30 years we have provided a 30 day full refund on hearing aids fitted.  We gladly extend this trial to 60 days for those who need more time to decide.
